Fashion Graphics LLC's standard 1-color plastisol production run delivers a single Pantone PMS-matched spot-color print on light-colored 100% cotton or 50/50 blend garments — the workhorse of high-volume contract printing. Ideal for brand basics, promotional tees, event merch, and uniform programs requiring consistent, high-output color reproduction at scale.

Every run is executed on our automatic carousel presses running wet-on-wet at a 320°F cure temperature through a conveyor dryer. Screens are registered via Tri-Loc registration, squeegeed at a 65-durometer blade with a 45-degree stroke angle on 160-mesh screens, and flood-coated for sharp edge definition across the full approved print area.
