This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from Fashion Graphics LLC.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped, depending on your shipping destination and the carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Fashion Graphics LLC is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the information before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

For damaged items, please keep the product, packaging, and shipping materials, as photos or additional information may be required to file a claim with the carrier.

Fashion Graphics LLC will work with the shipping carrier to assist in resolving the issue, but is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
