Fashion Graphics LLC’s pre-production proof service produces a single finished sample garment — a “strike-off” — printed on the actual approved blank using the confirmed ink system, screen mesh count, Pantone PMS-matched colors, and press settings that will be used for the full production run. Clients receive a physical garment proof to approve color accuracy, registration, print placement, and hand feel before committing to the full order quantity.

The strike-off is produced on Fashion Graphics LLC’s EZE-Equipment sampling machines or on the automatic carousel press at production settings, cured at 320°F through the conveyor dryer, and shipped or made available for client pickup at the Fountain Valley, CA facility.
