Hybrid CMYK Digital-on-Underbase Full-Color Print Run
Hybrid CMYK Digital-on-Underbase Full-Color Print Run
Fashion Graphics LLC's hybrid CMYK digital-on-screen process lays down a full-color photographic-quality image — up to a 16"×19" maximum print area — by printing process-color CMYK halftone separations over a prepared white plastisol underbase on dark or light garments. The result is retail-grade photo reproduction impossible with standard spot-color screen printing alone, ideal for lifestyle brands, licensed image apparel, and retail chain rollouts requiring photorealistic artwork.
The underbase is manually registered and flashed, then the digital CMYK pass is applied in-register using EZE-Equipment systems. All layers cure to 320°F through the conveyor dryer for full production durability and washfastness.
Dark navy crew-neck with a large-format photorealistic landscape print — colors accurately reproduced across the full 16"×19" print field.
Technician monitoring color output on a calibrated monitor alongside printed shirts on the press palette inside the Fashion Graphics LLC production facility.
Extreme macro of the CMYK halftone rosette structure — cyan, magenta, yellow, and black dots printed over the bright white underbase layer beneath.
