Fashion Graphics LLC's HSW (High Solid Water-Base) production runs use a low-VOC, eco-responsible water-based ink system that penetrates the fabric fiber rather than sitting on top — delivering a whisper-soft hand feel and a lived-in, vintage-washed aesthetic that plastisol cannot replicate. The preferred choice for boutique fashion brands, sustainable-label programs, and premium retail chains requiring soft-touch, breathable, wearable prints.

The HSW formulation is applied through 200-mesh screens for fine halftone detail, requires no solvent-based cleanup, and cures to full washfastness at 320°F through the conveyor dryer without a separate crosslinking agent in most applications.
