Multi-Color Plastisol Screen Print Run — Up to 8 Spot Colors, Dark Garments

Fashion Graphics LLC's multi-color plastisol production run accommodates up to 8 Pantone PMS spot colors printed wet-on-wet on dark garments using a full white plastisol underbase, flashed between layers using in-line flash cure units before each successive color is applied on our automatic carousel presses. The result: vibrant, retail-quality prints suitable for band merch, licensed streetwear, and major retail chain programs.

Each color separation is output as a film positive, screens are coated and exposed per-color, and off-contact printing ensures clean dot gain control. All inks are cured to 320°F through the conveyor dryer for full washfastness across the production run.
