This production run uses plastisol-based specialty inks loaded with metallic flake, shimmer pigment, or chunky glitter particles — each formulation requiring a wide-mesh screen (60–86-count) to pass the coarse particles cleanly through the screen without clogging. The result is a high-sparkle, light-catching print effect used widely in entertainment licensing, award programs, holiday retail collections, and fashion brands targeting visual impact at retail shelf and under stage or event lighting.

Fashion Graphics LLC's automatic carousel presses apply metallic/shimmer/glitter inks in a single heavy stroke at low squeegee pressure to preserve particle size integrity. All specialty inks are cured at 320°F through the conveyor dryer.
